Entertainment Center: Instead of coming home and having to watch the boring Cable TV programs I do provide now to all my apartments an Apple TV media center device that will give you instant free access to more than 2.000 movies, including the latest releases and more than 3.000 TV episodes of the most popular shows. Also you will be able to watch local TV channels and listen to Internet radio. Plus all my apartments are equipped with at least one large Full HD LCD so you can also connect your notebook computer to it and use it as a large monitor. No way to get bored at JC Apartments.

Washer/Dryer Machine right inside the apartment: We all know how boring it is having to go downstairs to do our laundry. In all my apartments in Bellas Artes I have installed washer/dryer machines right inside the apartment so it will not just be less tedious to do your laundry but also free. Unfortunately Apartment No. 5 in Providencia is not big enough to fit one of these units, so that is the only apartment that does not include this feature.

Welcome basket, cleaning supplies and more: As a traveler myself I find it frustrating when arriving at foreign city and not having the basics after a long trip. That is why I provide in all my apartments: 1.- A welcome basket with tea, coffee, cookies, crackers, candy and soda. 2.- Starter kit of soup, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid and sponge. 3.- Two full sets of fresh linens (one already on the bed and an extra one in the closet) plus 4 body towels and 2 hand towels.

Personalized service: As the owner of these apartments I will personally be at the building’s lobby to greet you at your arrival and show you around the apartment and the neighborhood. I will also explain to you how to work all the apartment's gadgets and solve any of the doubts you may have about dining out, shopping and more. While your stay lasts I will always be an email or phone call away to quickly solve any problems you may have related to your tenancy. At check-out time I will also stop by the day before to make sure everything is OK and return your security deposit. If by any chance I can´t make it to any of these, either my wife or my trusty best friend will take care of you. You will never be left alone.

Peace of mind: I only have 5 apartments and I am not a realtor, therefore if you watch any of the videos of my apartments that is exactly what you are getting. These videos are always up to date and the only minor changes you may find are things like new bed covers and stuff like that. Also I am very serious about the money so you can transfer your reservation deposit with all confidence.
