Price List for any of my 5 apartments

Short term stays (1 to 8 weeks)

CLP$200.000 for the first week

then just CLP$13.000 per extra day

The longer you stay the cheaper it gets.

Long term stays (2 to 6 months)

CLP$430.000 per month

Utilities: When you rent one of my apartments all expenses are included in the rent price, that is; electricity, hot & cold water, gas,

Wi-Fi, and building utilities. There are no hidden charges of any kind, no commissions and no extra fees. You will just pay what is listed on the left column.

Winter Disclaimer: During winter time heating is the only utility that is not included (late May, June, July, early August). Nevertheless I do provide an electric heater with it's own usage meter. Each hour the heater is running costs from CLP$150 to CLP$300 depending on the power settings. Usage varies from tenant to tenant. Expect about CLP$20.000 to CLP$40.000 extra charge per month. If you stay at home most of the time it will be a bit more. Nevertheless, remember that all beds are equipped with an electric heater. This is included on the price and a lot of tenants find it sufficient.

Reservations: In order to make a reservation I do require a US$300.00 non-refundable reservation deposit, regardless of the length of your stay. This can be made via PayPal (the safest and fastest way) or by making a deposit to my bank account in the USA (Bank of America) or the Chilean bank (Banco de Credito e Inversiones). Once you are ready to reserve please contact me to send you the proper banking information.

Security Deposit: Once you arrive to the apartment the reservation deposit automatically becomes the security deposit. This money I will fully return at check-out time, providing there are no damages to the property, of course.

Rent: If you stay anywhere between 1 to 8 weeks you will have to pay the full amount of the rent at check-in time. For stays of 2 or more months please contact me first for the payment schedule.

Check In & Check Out: Since I charge by full days (not nights like hotels) you may check in as early as 00:01 A.M. and check out as late as 11:59 P.M. Sweet!

Occupancy: All prices are for single or double occupancy only. A third person fits well on the Bellas Artes' apartments' sofa beds, but an extra 15% surcharge applies. Same thing if you are a couple who brings an infant or a child. No third person allowed in Apartment No. 5, sorry.

Exchange Rate: All rent prices are in pesos (CLP). All Dollar (US) values are presented for reference only. The final exchange rate will be calculated on the actual day a payment is made.
